Rose O’Donovan has been Editor of AGRA FACTS & AGRA FOCUS since March 2010, having previously worked as Deputy Editor on the agricultural publications for nearly three years.


Prior to working as a journalist, she dealt with international relations on the EU satellite navigation programme at the Galileo Joint Undertaking.


Following the completion of a Master of Science (MSc) at University College Cork (Ireland), Rose moved to Brussels in 2004 to work as an intern in the Cabinet of former European Parliament President, Pat Cox. Hailing from a farming background in West Cork, Rose has a strong interest in the evolution of national & European farm policies. She is also a reporter with the independent video platform - viEUws.eu

 
Edward Bray joined the AGRA FACTS & AGRA FOCUS team as Deputy Editor in February 2010. His portfolio has included health, environment, & trade issues as well as agricultural policy.


Previously, he was working in the European Parliament with the unit responsible for transparency & access to documents.


On arrival in Brussels in December 2008, he started out as a monitoring consultant for Dods EU Monitoring, where he was responsible for tracking legislation in a wide range of areas. A graduate of French & German from Cambridge University in the UK, Ed pursued his interest in European politics on a Masters Course, which took him to Prague & Berlin, where he wrote his thesis on the politics of climate change & the implications for agriculture. Ed is also a reporter with the independent video platform - viEUws.eu
